Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    French fried onions
    1/2 c. grated yellow cheese
    2 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook the spinach and the broccoli a little less than the box says.
    Add a tablespoon of vinegar to each.
    Add the sessonings to the soups, then fold in the drained spinach and broccoli.
    Pour into 10-inch buttered casserole and arrange the onions and tomatoes on top.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
