Diabetic Raisin Nut Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. applesauce (sugar-free)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins, finely chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 5 x
4-inch cake pan. Cream the margarine and applesauce.
Add egg and vanilla to mixture and blend well.
Stir in dry ingredients (artificial sweetener, flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves, raisins and pecans). Bake mixture for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
