Oniony Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
6 medium potatoes, peeled
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut potatoes into quarters.
Coat with vegetable oil, then with onion soup mix.
Bake in greased casserole dish for about 45 minutes or until tender.
