Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 C. thinly sliced peeled cucumbers
3/4 C. sour cream
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
thinly sliced onions if desired
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Make dressing of sour cream, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over thinly sliced cucumbers and onions.
