Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    2 medium onions, minced
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 Tbsp. mint, minced
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 slices white bread, crusts removed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Early in day, mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Form into 1-inch balls. Fry in 1 cup of hot oil over high heat until cooked and browned.
