Cally'S Favorite Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chicken fat
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. diced chicken from stewed hen
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat chicken fat in saucepan.
    Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
    Stir in chicken soup and broth.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
    Add chicken.
    Heat through.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Combine biscuit mix and sage.
    Stir in milk.
    Drop by tablespoon onto chicken mixture. Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes until biscuits are brown.
