Pineapple Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
    4 eggs
    1/2 (8 3/4 oz.) can coconut cream
    1 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, eggs, coconut cream, milk and nutmeg in container
    of
    electric
    blender.
    Cover.
    Whirl
    on medium speed until smooth.
    Pour into 2 large glasses.
    Sprinkle each with additional nutmeg.
