Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 c. chopped apples
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except the apples.
Add apples to the mix until evenly coated.
Place in a 9-inch pie shell.
