Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. powdered celery salt
    2 Tbsp. powdered onion salt
    1 Tbsp. powdered garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. powdered lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix and marinate brisket overnight in a cooking bag.
    Cook about 4 hours for 6 pound brisket in oven at about 300\u00b0.
