Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 to 10 lb. sirloin tip roast
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place roast in Pyrex dish.
Place on rack in electric roaster. Set meat thermometer at 150\u00b0.
Place on top of meat.
Cook 24 hours.
