Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 lemon rind and juice
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
beaten whites of eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter with egg yolks; add rind, lemon juice and flour.
Mix; add milk and beat egg whites.
Fold in mixture. Bake 45 minutes in slow oven, 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
