Hash Brown And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen southern style hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1/2 stick butter
    1 lb. sausage
    croutons (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage, drain and set aside.
    In saucepan on stove or in microwave, melt butter.
    Add Velveeta, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
    Add soup and sour cream.
    Add cooked sausage. Place frozen hash browns in large oblong pan.
    Pour cheese and soup mixture over hash browns.
    (Casserole may be baked at this point or place in the refrigerator and baked the next morning.)
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Sprinkle croutons on top and bake until brown.
