Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. light cream
2 c. mashed strawberries (not drained)
Preparation

In saucepan, combine eggs, milk, sugar and salt.
Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Allow to cool. Blend in cream.
Fold in berries.
Pour into your ice cream freezer container and freeze according to freezer directions.
