Hot Dog Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. catsup
    8 to 10 hot dogs
Preparation
    Saute onions, green peppers and celery in margarine until tender.
    Stir in salt, sugar, tomatoes and catsup; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Slice hot dogs into small disks. Add hot dogs to pan and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
