Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
15 oz. can tomato sauce or 2 (8 oz.) cans
8 oz. shredded natural Cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. cornstarch (optional)
1/2 c. Chianti wine (optional)
French bread, cut in bite size pieces and toasted
Preparation

In saucepan, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce.
Add cheeses gradually; stir over low heat until cheeses are melted.
Blend together cornstarch and wine; add to cheese mixture.
Pour into fondue pot.
Spear bread cube with fondue fork; dip in mixture, swirling to coat.
