Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 1/2 c. raw potatoes, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (20 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook bouillon cubes, water, onions and celery 20 minutes in covered heavy pan.
Add potatoes, frozen broccoli and soup and cook 30 minutes, covered.
Add cheese and heat until melted.
