Orange Walnut Fudge - cooking recipe

3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. orange peel
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Line an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with foil so it extends over edges.
Butter the foil.
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa in medium bowl; set aside.
In a pan, combine margarine, milk and orange peel.
Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly, until margarine is melted.
Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in powdered sugar and cocoa mixture.
Add walnuts, pour into prepared pan.
Cut while still warm into 1-inch squares.
Chill in refrigerator until firm. Makes approximately 30 pieces.
