Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Bake in a greased loaf pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    1 loaf.
