"Sparkling" Peach Punch - cooking recipe

2 pt. peach frozen yogurt
2 medium size peaches
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 qt. chilled pineapple/orange juice
4 c. chilled sparkling water
Preparation

Place baking sheet in freezer until it's cold.
Then use ice cream scoop to form frozen yogurt into balls; place balls on baking sheet.
Return to freezer until serving time.
Cover yogurt balls and baking sheet with foil.
Use vegetable peeler to peel fresh peaches.
Cut peaches into thin slices on cutting board. Place peach slices and lemonade concentrate in food processor or blender.
Cover and whirl until smooth.
Pour peach mixture into punch bowl and add pineapple-orange juice, sparkling water and frozen yogurt balls.
Stir gently.
Makes about 17 cups.
