Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    1 bag plain Doritos, crushed
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. broth
Preparation
    Boil chicken, save broth.
    Take meat off bones and layer in casserole.
    Put onion, cheese and crushed Doritos on top of chicken. Heat soups, broth and Ro-Tel tomatoes until blended. Pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
