Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Sea Leg sticks, chopped into small pieces (imitation crabmeat)
    2 heads iceberg lettuce, chopped and diced into small pieces
    Hellmann's mayonnaise (start with 1 to 2 c.; keep adding until moist)
    about 4 tsp. parsley
    Chesapeake Bay style seafood seasoning (by McCormick)
Preparation
    Toss all together and put on serving dish.
    (I have a dish that looks like a fish.)
