Potato Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes (leftover)
1 small onion, diced
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. flour
salt to taste
Preparation

Use leftover mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
Add onion, flour and salt. Mix well. Put oil in skillet. When hot, spoon potato mixture into pan and fry until golden brown, turning once. If using mashed potatoes, add a little milk until you can mix well with a spoon.
