Sausage Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
6 eggs, beaten with a touch of milk
1 block Swiss cheese, shredded
2 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts
Preparation

Fry sausage in medium skillet.
Crumble and drain.
Divide in half and put in each pie shell.
Do the same with the cheese.
Add onion and green pepper to the eggs, then pour into pie shells. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool, then serve.
Great warmed up, too!
