Kentucky Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pastry shell
Preparation

Cook filling in a double boiler until creamy.
Pour into pastry shell which has been lightly baked.
Place in a moderate oven and bake until firm.
