Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. raw chopped apples
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 container Duncan Hines coconut-cream frosting
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil, flour, salt, apples and vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    When cool, ice with frosting.
