Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can regular kernel corn
    1 pkg. muffin mix
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In cooking bowl, mix egg and milk together.
    Add can of creamed corn and drained can of regular corn.
    Stir in muffin mix. Bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
