Lemon Mousse(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 lemon rind, grated
    8 pkg. Equal
    1 pkg. low calorie whipped topping mix
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Blend together egg yolk, gelatin, cornstarch and lemon juice. Add boiling water and rind.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour mixture into saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Simmer until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat; stir in Equal.
    Chill.
