Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 oz. (1 stick) butter
    3 large eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Place ingredients in order given in large mixing bowl.
    Beat with electric mixer.
    Start on low-medium and finish on high, 10 minutes.
    Batter should be smooth and liquidy.
