Tamale Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried taco seasoning mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together and form into firm small balls.
    (If not firm enough, add a little more cornmeal.) Drop into Sauce.
    Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir gently so as not to break up the balls.
    Some prefer to lay in pan in oven and simmer in sauce.
