Cheese Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 2/3 c. flour
grated cheese
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add honey, salt and sugar. Stir well.
Add flour and mix well.
Knead.
Roll into long sticks and shape into pretzels.
Brush with beaten egg for crisp pretzel. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
