Baked Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    paprika
    1 c. chopped or sliced carrot
    6 chicken pieces (breast or leg quarters)
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom (other variations may be used) soup
    2/3 c. salad dressing
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine rice, celery, onion, carrot, parsley, butter and seasonings.
    Mix lightly.
    Spoon mixture into greased 3-quart shallow baking dish.
    Top with chicken pieces.
    Combine soup, salad dressing and milk until well blended.
    Pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
