Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 or 2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. melted shortening or bacon fat (for taste)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
