Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. shallots, minced
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. green olives
1 hard-cooked egg
1 Tbsp. chopped, drained capers
lemon juice
sugar
Preparation

Mince shallots, green olives, capers and hard cooked egg very finely.
Add this to the mayo, Dijon and sweet pickle relish.
Mix thoroughly.
Add lemon juice to thin.
Sugar to taste, parsley to garnish.
Yields 1 1/3 cup.
