Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
1 egg, well beaten
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Sift flour once, then sift again with baking powder, salt and sugar.
Combine egg, milk and margarine.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
Pour in greased muffin tins.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields 10 to 12 muffins.
