Fruit Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. frozen fruit juice concentrate
    1 1/2 c. plain, nonfat yogurt
    1 regular container nonfat fruit yogurt
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    In food processor or blender, blend juice, egg yolks and yogurt.
    Pour into container and freeze until center is mushy (almost frozen).
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Blend with yogurt/juice mixture.
    Cover and freeze.
