Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain (3 cups).
Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.
Form this mixture into a \"crust\" in a buttered 10-inch pie pan.
Spread cottage cheese over the bottom crust.
In skillet cook meat, onion and green pepper until veggies are tender and meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and spices.
Heat.
Spoon mixture into spaghetti crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
