Grandpa Craig'S Roquefort Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    3 oz. Roquefort cheese
    1 tsp. plus Worcestershire sauce
    cream or half and half
Preparation
    Soften butter and cheese 1/2 hour before starting.
    Blend all ingredients, adding cream a small amount at a time.
    When adding cream, add small amount if dip is desired as a spread or larger amount if the dip is desired for vegetables.
    Scoop into bowl. Garnish with paprika or parsley.
    Serve with crackers or vegetable strips.
