Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (5 oz.) jars sharp Cheddar spread
1 (5 oz.) jar Bleu cheese spread
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
dash of garlic salt
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Allow cheeses to soften to room temperature.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes.
Shape into one large ball or three smaller balls.
Roll in chopped nuts.
