Rhubarb Custard Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut up
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix together and pour in a greased 8 x 11-inch cake pan.
    Beat egg and milk;
    pour over first mixture.
    Dot 2 tablespoons butter over rhubarb.
