Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 stick margarine, melted
2 c. chopped celery
5 or 6 green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

Chop chicken breast.
Mix together stuffing, broth, margarine, celery, onions and mayonnaise.
Spread 1/2 of mixture in a greased 8 x 11 1/2-inch casserole dish.
Next, spread the cut up chicken on top of mixture.
Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
Beat egg and milk together and pour evenly over the casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, spread cream of mushroom soup on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
