Chicken Parmesan(Low Calorie Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. imitation eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 jar Healthy Choice tomato sauce
    sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
    vegetable spray
    8 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken breasts in imitation eggs and coat with bread crumbs (prefer homemade crumbs rather than store bought).
    Spray frying pan with vegetable spray and fry chicken breasts.
    Empty 1/2 tomato sauce into ovenproof casserole.
    Place chicken; spread remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in oven or microwave until cheese is melted and hot.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven or about 10 minutes in microwave.
    One chicken breast equals 150 calories.
