Maryland Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up frying chicken
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 whipped eggs
    3 c. crushed saltine crackers
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. white pepper
    1/3 c. white Worcestershire
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, poultry seasoning, salt and peppers in a bowl. Whip eggs in another bowl.
    Crush crackers in a third bowl.
    Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then eggs, cracker crumbs and again in flour.
    Pour oil into frying pan.
    Heat to about 350\u00b0.
    Add chicken, cover and fry for 15 minutes.
    Turn chicken; pour white Worcestershire over chicken.
    Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
