Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of sugar
    1/3 c. lard or 1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar.
    Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until crumbly.
    Add cold water and stir gently with fork until it forms a ball and leaves sides of bowl.
    Roll out on lightly floured pastry cloth or between two sheets wax paper. Line pan, flute edges.
