Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    6 to 8 small zucchini
    small can whole tomatoes
    1/2 onion
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In skillet cook bacon crisp; set aside.
    Chop onion and slice zucchini; add to bacon grease.
    Cook until tender; drain grease. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, pour into casserole dish.
    Add cheese.
    Cook, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
