Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, cooked in water with bay leaf
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cool cooked potatoes; peel and grate coarsely.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup more grated cheese and bake a few minutes more.
