Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onions until soft; drain into another bowl. Combine soup and sour cream.
    Pour over zucchini and onions; pour in stuffing mix and mix well.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. I bake it in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
