Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) tubs whipped cream cheese
    1/4 lb. unsalted butter
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese, sour cream and butter to come to room temperature.
    In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients except eggs.
    Beat eggs into mixture one at a time, mixing well after each one.
    Pour into greased spring-form pan.
    Cover bottom and sides with aluminum foil and put in larger pan partially filled with water and bake in 370\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool and remove from pan.
