Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison steak, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Flour and brown meat in skillet.
    Add mushrooms and onions and brown slightly.
    Add beef broth.
    Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Gradually add the sour cream and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.

    1 hour.
