Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 pie shell, graham cracker crust or pastry
Preparation

Mash berries.
Add sugar and flour.
Cook slowly until thick, stirring enough to prevent burning.
Put remainder of berries, whole or slice if large, into pie crust.
Cover with cooked mixture, cooled.
Chill.
Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream at least once each season.
