Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

green chilies, peeled
1 lb. Jack or Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 large eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grease glass baking dish.
Lay chilies on bottom.
Put Mozzarella cheese or Jack cheese on top of chilies.
Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
Pour over chilies.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
